Shipping + Return Policy

All of our products are handmade and packaged with love at our farm’s skin care lab. Orders may take 1-3 days to ship. After an order ships, please allow another 2-5 business days for domestic delivery.  We work hard to ship paid orders with 2-5 business days and USPS generally delivers with 2-5 business days. We are happy to provide tracking information on orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours from time of receipt. Email care@lylahledner.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Feel free to call us as well at 480.206.7821 Mon to Fri 10 am to 3 pm Mountain Standard Time.

Currently we provide complimentary shipping for $50 or over for USA, USPS Priority, 2-4 business days. FedEx 2Day, 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight. We are working on providing International shipping. 

If a product arrives damaged or broken - we DO want to know. Take a picture and send it to us email us here care@lylahledner.com with 48 hours in order to have your product replaced. 

We accept returns for damaged goods up to 10 days after placing your order. Please email us at info@lylahledner.com for instructions.
